At JV Mobility Rentals, we prioritize safety, transparency, and great service. When you rent from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

📄 Rental Terms

1. Rental Period

Rentals are charged per day, week, or month based on your selection.

Early returns are accepted, but refunds are not issued for unused days unless agreed in advance.

2. Delivery & Pickup

We deliver and pick up your equipment at your chosen location (hotel, Airbnb, residence, etc.).

Please be present during delivery unless prior arrangements are made.

Equipment must be returned in the condition it was delivered.

3. Cancellations

Free cancellation if made 24 hours before your delivery time.

Same-day cancellations may incur a 1-day rental charge.

4. Equipment Care

You are responsible for basic care during the rental (e.g., not leaving equipment in rain, charging scooters as instructed).

Lost, stolen, or severely damaged equipment may result in replacement or repair fees.

⚠️ Waiver of Liability

By renting from JV Mobility Rentals, the renter acknowledges and agrees that:

You are using the equipment at your own risk.

JV Mobility Rentals is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper use or negligence.

You understand the safe operation instructions provided and will follow them.

You release JV Mobility Rentals, its owners, and employees from any liability related to the use of rental equipment.

✅ Safety Notice

All renters must be 18 years or older to sign this agreement.

Only individuals capable of safely operating the equipment should use it.

Helmets and accessories are available upon request for added safety.
