1. Use of Website

You may use this site to browse, reserve, and pay for rental equipment. Misuse, hacking, or scraping of content is strictly prohibited.

2. Rentals & Orders

• Equipment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
• Full payment is due before delivery.
• You are responsible for all items during the rental period.
• Late returns or damage may result in additional charges.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may be non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are eligible for a refund minus a service fee (if applicable).

4. Delivery & Pickup

• We deliver within our specified service zones.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and return the equipment at the scheduled time.

5. Liability

• JV Mobility Rentals is not responsible for injuries or accidents involving rented equipment.
• You agree to use all equipment safely and as instructed.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and images are the property of JV Mobility Rentals and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages exceeding the total cost of your rental. This includes lost profits, data, or indirect damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
